How long does it take for my package to arrive?
It takes me from 1-7 business days to pack your order and ship out a bundle. It widely depends on where you are in the world but to break down how long it takes for your letter to get to you so please check the list below for a rough estimation. 
1-7 business days - packing and shipping out your order in a bundle with others.
3-5 business days - bundle arrives in the middleman company sorting center
5-30 business days - your order travels to your country, your international distribution center and then makes its way more locally to your town.
Estimated delivery time is between 2-10 days after I’ve shipped your order according to DHL Parcel. Please keep in mind that due to unexpected changes this can take longer so keep an eye on your order using your tracking number. 
Why does is take that much time for my package to arrive?
Unfortunately, due to the aftermath of Covid-19 a lot of mail makes its way overseas by a longer boat ride. In addition, delivery and sorting workers are less, and especially around the festive seasons (when people cannot deliver gifts to their loved ones in person) gifts and other purchases are heavily overflowing in an already short staffed area.
Why do you not ship to my country/outside the EU?
Since this is my first step in opening my small independent business I use DHL Parcel to ship all my packages. They do not offer the option to ship to outside the EU. There are more complicated steps required in shipping to the US and UK so ensure my packages arrive safely that I want to inform myself on at a later time. Hopefully when things go well I will be able to ship to your country in the future!
Why do I not have a tracking number?
If you have not received your tracking number after 7 business days, please contact me through my e-mail or the contact form on my website. We’ll figure this out together!

Can I return/ exchange my order?
I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to me!
What are your eco-friendly practices? 
I am always looking for ways to be more eco-friendly. I try my very best to purchase packaging that can be reused or recycled and print items that have a shorter lifespan on recycled paper. Please read more about it on my Eco-friendly info page

All items ship from Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands. Items ship within 7 business days. All items are sent via DHL Parcel. When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. 
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders lost by the carrier, for orders lost due to customers entering incorrect information, or for stolen, damaged, returned, or unclaimed packages. 
I am not able to provide a guaranteed delivery date for any orders. If you need an order by a specific date, please get in touch PRIOR to placing an order to pay for expedited shipping.
All sales are final. Due to me being a small startup business I am currently unable to offer refunds for any reason. Therefore, I assume no liability for international shipping. However, if problems arise, please e-mail me I want to solve them as best I can.

Please know that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. I will not be collecting VAT taxes and will not be responsible for them. Any taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If you don't want to pay the tax, your order will be returned to me.
A5 Prints are placed in a clear PLA sleeve. A4 Prints are currently placed in a clear cello wrapping. All orders are shipped in sturdy recycled carboard envelopes. This is to avoid any damage. Please try to recycle, reuse, or compost any shipping material if possible. Read more about how to do this HERE. 

International orders
I ship via DHL Parcel. This means you will receive a tracking number that confirms the package is shipped, this way you can keep an eye on the safe travels of your order. 
By placing an order, you are accepting that you may not receive delivery confirmation, that I am not responsible for orders lost by the carrier, for orders lost due to customers entering incorrect information, or for stolen, damaged, returned, or unclaimed packages. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include delivery confirmation and insurance, you will need to get in touch with me PRIOR to placing an order and pay the appropriate fee for the upgrade.
Unfortunately, shipping is expensive outside of Europe, and sometimes it will cost more than the item itself. Due to customs, I am not able to provide an estimated shipping time. Shipping can take several weeks and in rare occurances, several months. I am not responsible for any customs fees or duties owed. 
Customer is responsible for any import VAT, taxes, and fees. Please be prepared to pay extra fees and/or pick up your package at a post office or customs location if required. Customs requires a full name and phone number for all international orders. I am unable to ship international orders without a correct, full first and last name. Orders with incorrect or incomplete names may be delayed, and orders without phone numbers listed will need to contact customs on their own to pay for import fees. ​​​​​​​
